The host committee and division board are in the process of finalizing the registration package, which is tentatively scheduled to be distributed next month. The early bird rate for full registration will be $199. This includes the following:
- Continental breakfast and a buffet lunch on Friday and Saturday
- Educational seminar on Friday (anticipating recertification points for CAP holders)
- Evening of Welcome on Friday evening
- Business session on Saturday
- Leadership Workshop on Saturday
- Banquet on Saturday night
What a deal! This is a great opportunity to learn, network, and meet members from across the division. We sincerely hope you are planning to attend.
The venue for next year's meeting has been selected: Suncoast Hotel and Casino. Although registration won't open for several months, the room block is open.

City of Lights chapter members, you do not have to stay at the hotel to participate! We encourage our members, especially those who have never attended a Division meeting before, to make plans to attend.

Since we are hosting this event, we will not be sponsoring an Administrative Professionals Day conference in 2012. We hope you will make plans to join us for DEFAM, which will include educational sessions, networking, the division business meeting, a closing banquet, and more!
